Think active and you will become active. As we think we become. so thinking is the important thing. If you think that you are lazy probably you become lazy. It affects our behaviour so think seriously. Browse through sports magazines. Buy accessories only serious exercise use (for cycling or swim goggles). Wear Exercise clothes on weekends.

If you place your exercise equipment where you'll see it, you'll be reminded to use it. Keep your Tennis Racket in the car, or sitting room, your running shoes by the bed. and many other things you use for exercising keep them visible.
